We want you and your little one to love your PumPom Kids pillow. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it's unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping
Your first return on an order is free. If you need to return additional items from the same order, standard return shipping costs may apply — we'll always let you know before you ship anything back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
